BAFTA TV Craft Awards Nominations 2026

Framestore's work on Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age is nominated for Special Visual and Graphic Effects at the 2026 BAFTA Television Craft Awards! 

The journey back to the Pleistocene challenged our teams across London, Montreal, and Mumbai to deliver the full spectrum of our pipeline, bringing over 40 scientifically accurate prehistoric creatures to life. The ambitious docuseries also required complex fur-and-snow simulations and seamless lighting and compositing - every frame was designed to mimic the raw, observational feel of a natural history documentary.

Congratulations to Russell Dodgson, Andy Jones, Simon Bland, François Dumoulin, Gavin McKenzie, and all of our artists who contributed to this epic series.
