Ever wondered how we brought the dragons of How To Train Your Dragon to life on set?

One of the ways we helped ensure seamless interaction between humans and dragons was our proprietary Unreal Engine-powered virtual production tool, Farsight Go. By visualising the dragons live on set in combination with an ultra-talented team of puppeteers, we empowered the cast and crew to create truly authentic and emotional performances.

As Production VFX Supervisor, Christian Mänz, explained to TVBEurope, this technology "took away a lot of the usual guesswork when shooting CG creatures, resulting in better final shots.”
