The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is back for its fifth and final season, and Framestore was tapped to digitally recreate both day and night scenes of Times Square in the 1960s. Our New York VFX team incorporated classic cars, time-accurate ads, and pedestrians to bring the hustle and bustle of the city to life in a historically accurate and photoreal way.

“The relationship between the show’s VFX production and Framestore was a great collaboration, and we all were on the same page about what the final image should look like,” shared Framestore VFX Supervisor Thomas Montminy Brodeur.

Framestore was thrilled to be collaborating yet again with the show's VFX Supervisor Lesley Robson-Foster and VFX Producer Renu Ballal.

"We chose Framestore and Thomas as partners on Season 5 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel to help us with an extremely important series of shots,” said Robson-Foster. “Thomas has a great eye and was so collaborative. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them."
