HBO Announces Harry Potter Series Cast and Crew

With production commencing on HBO's ambitious Harry Potter adaptation, we're pleased to announce that Oscar nominee Alexis Wajsbrot will serve as the show's Production VFX Supervisor.  

Fresh from his production-side role on Paddington in Peru, Alexis will bring boundless creativity and an incredible depth of technical knowledge to the project. Nominated for an Academy Award for his work alongside James Gunn and Stephane Ceretti on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, his impressive CV also includes the likes of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Gravity, as well as Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Alexis joins fellow HODs Dom Sidoli (VFX Producer), Adriano Goldman (Director of Photography), Mara LePere-Schloop (Production Designer), Holly Waddington (Costume Designer), Cate Hall (Hair and Makeup Designer), Paul Herbert (Stunt Coordinator), Mark Holt (SFX Supervisor), Naomi Moore (Set Decorator) and John Nolan (Creature Effects Design Supervisor) for the hugely-anticipated series, which will debut in 2027 on HBO.
