Chris Hurtt | Animation Director

A creature and character animator par excellence, Chris was recruited straight out of college by Walt Disney Feature Animation - a unique opportunity which allowed him to learn from the world’s top 2D animators.

A nine-year stint with Sony Pictures Imageworks followed, where he moved through the ranks to become Animation Director and helped establish the studio’s feature animation division. Upon relocating to London, Chris worked on high-profile projects like Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and Ready Player One. The care, craft, nuance and warmth Chris brings to his work is exemplified by his career at Framestore, where he has helped breathe life into beloved characters like Paddington and Rocket Raccoon. Indeed, his character work on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 was central to telling Rocket’s emotional backstory and helping secure a nomination for the Best Visual Effects Oscar. This year, Chris delivered nuanced animated performances in the form of Lily and her flock in Amazon MGM's The Sheep Detectives.

Thierry Levy | Executive Producer, Design & Creative Studio

Thierry Levy joined Framestore in 2026, and has built a diverse career spanning more than 20 years across production, post-production and animation.
Having honed his expertise in broadcast, advertising and fashion film, he discovered a passion for design and animation, building and leading creative studios over recent years. 

Alongside remaining a hands-on producer, Thierry develops innovative creative and production solutions across multidisciplinary projects and emerging technologies, most recently championing the integration of ethical AI into animation and VFX. Fluent in six languages, he also excels at building strong relationships with clients and creative partners around the world.

Standish Millennas | Executive Producer, Episodic

Standish joined Framestore in 2019 as an Episodic VFX Producer and has gone on to deliver episodic and film titles such as the BAFTA-winning and Emmy-nominated series The Crown, the fantastical Netflix series Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Alex Garland's unsettling horror, Men.

After graduating from the University of Bradford with a BSC in Media, Technology and Production, Standish found her feet in the industry as a studio camera operator before working at Machine, a VFX company where she developed into a VFX Producer. Throughout her career, she worked in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Standish loves working in creative collaboration with clients, helping them realise their vision from early passes of the scripts with concept art, through to completion on final delivery.
