Meet the Speakers
Jonathan Fawkner | VFX Supervisor & Creative Director
Jonathan joined Framestore in 2000 where he quickly demonstrated his talents as a compositor working on numerous projects, including V for Vendetta, Ridley Scott’s Kingdom of Heaven, X-Men: The Last Stand, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Alfonso Cuarón‘s Children of Men, The Golden Compass and Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight.
In 2020, Jonathan supervised Framestore's work on the latest Bond film, No Time To Die and reunited with Director James Gunn as VFX Supervisor on The Suicide Squad. After a spell on Paul Feig's School For Good And Evil, he continues to explore fantasy realms in Jon M. Chu's Wicked.
Evan Peignet | FX Lead
After a scientific baccalaureate and studies in 3D and digital visual effects at ArtFX Montpellier. Evan Peignet worked in Brussels, then London before returning to France. He has collaborated with 8 different studios and 1 school, in Belgium, England, France and Scotland. He currently works as a Lead Effects Technical Director at Framestore London.
Lincoln Wallen | Chief Technology Officer
Lincoln's lifelong pursuit of innovation and how it best applies to business has seen him take on leadership roles in entertainment, games, academia and technology. He has helped lead, grow and future-proof companies as diverse as the software unicorn Improbable, Dreamworks Animation and Electronic Arts (EA).
As group CTO for the Framestore Company 3 Group, one of Wallen’s key roles is to identify new strategic partnerships across business, technology and academia. He works to strengthen and develop existing relationships with the Group’s wide-ranging client base, helping elevate these existing partnerships as studios, institutions, and brands explore new ways to leverage and maximise their IP.
