British Arrows win

Thursday 28 March 2019

Last night was one of the biggest in the UK advertising industry’s calendar as the 2019 British Arrows Awards were presented to the best creatives and artists working today.

At the ceremony, Framestore picked up an award for its work on the McDonald’s #ReindeerReady campaign from the four shortlisted projects we had across the VFX, CGI and VR Experience categories.

The Christmas campaign saw Framestore create six completely computer-generated reindeer for advertising agency Leo Burnettand and director James Rouse. We designed and animated the CG animals look as realistic as possible while still letting them engage with the audience emotionally. We’re absolutely thrilled that this specialist skill that Framestore has become synonymous with is celebrated with awards like the British Arrows.

We want to say a huge congratulations to everyone involved in the project. Thank you for the innovative briefs and creative ideas that allow us to work together to continue creating award-winning work like this.
