Spider-Man: Homecoming

For this coming-of-age story for the timeless hero, the team created the climactic Washington Monument sequence; taking reference photography and integrating plates with a CG replica seamlessly; as well as capturing hundreds of actors and digitally inserting them into the sequence along with CG vehicles. The artists also created the Spider-Man Mark I suit asset and transformed a warehouse set into the full 3D environment of the Department of Damage Control to help bring the action to life.

This project was completed by Method Studios in 2017. Method’s film and episodic teams in Montreal, Vancouver and Melbourne are now a fully-integrated part of Framestore.
