For the past two decades, industries built increasingly sophisticated workflows optimised for scale, efficiency, and predictable returns. Those models are now under pressure. Costs remain high, while the economic environment, audience behaviours, and technology landscape are shifting faster than organisations can adapt. The question is no longer what’s coming, but how do we move from here to there, when "there" isn't fully defined yet? RESET exists to address that question - together.
From AI Integration to Business Reinvention
10:00 - 10:55am BST
The first major conversation of RESET London 26 will bring together leaders from VFX, animation, games, architecture, automotive, manufacturing, software, education, infrastructure, and emerging technology to examine how AI and real-time technologies are beginning to reshape business models, production structures, creative processes, and organisational strategy.
This conversation will not focus on tools in isolation. Instead, it will address the deeper operational questions now facing studios, design firms, manufacturers, software companies, educators, and creative organisations.
Meet the Speaker
Lincoln Wallen | Group Chief Technology Officer
Lincoln's lifelong pursuit of innovation and how it best applies to business has seen him take on leadership roles in entertainment, games, academia and technology. He has helped lead, grow and future-proof companies as diverse as the software unicorn Improbable, Dreamworks Animation and Electronic Arts (EA).
Prior to his private sector career, Wallen completed a PhD in artificial intelligence at the University of Edinburgh, and subsequently taught at the Oxford University Computing Laboratory.

Internally, Lincoln works with the leadership of both Framestore and Company 3 to support the Group’s overall strategy, while helping to assess the future impact of new technologies and the new markets they can create.
