This sitcom, consisting of 7 x 10 min episodes, was made for Jameson Whiskey to raise brand awareness in the Russian market. The brief was to create an original Russian sitcom, in the manner of successful US and UK sitcoms like The Big Bang Theory and The IT Crowd. The client allowed full creative freedom of style and content.
Chris co-wrote all the scripts, which were translated into Russian, as well as casting and directing the show. Chris also composed the theme music.
The show included a number of unusual celebrity appearances such as one by the Russian avant-garde performance artist Andrey Bartenev. The series was launched at a large celebrity attended event at the largest cinema in Moscow, and was released weekly online by the hip Russian social networking site Look at Me.
The series proved so successful that it moved to mainstream television, being purchased and broadcast by MTV Russia.
