Florette 'The Joy of Salad'

Framestore has been 'gooning' around with NOW and Blink's Simon Willows to create a new TV campaign for Florette salad bags. The ad sees a well-synched couple effortlessly prepare a salad, all played out to a perfectly pitched tune from The Goon Show. Steffan Perry crafted the grade, collaborating closely with Simon Willows to work on colour cues between shots. Ollie Bersey used Smoke to create clean-up, second passes, wire removal, ceilings, pack work and end line animation.

"There was a good mix of work to be done, and perhaps not all where you  may have expected!", comments Ollie. "Remarkably all the throwing and catching was all  achieved in camera. Wires and rigs were used for the spinning bowl and  the pots and pans, and a few ceilings had to be added. Other than that,  it was just general cleanup and a nice cheeky title device".
