Robin received his degree in Computer Animation and Visualisation from Bournemouth in 1997 and came to Soho to work.
He initially worked in an R&D capacity where he developed ground-breaking fur systems for mice and spiders, flocking systems for fish and birds, particles systems and crowd simulations to fill stadiums.
Feeling the need to move into the creative zone he shifted into the role of FX artist, then into Visual Effects Supervisor, supervising the teams responsible for Sony, Bacardi, Coca Cola, Wrigleys, Nokia and Nescafe TV commercials.
During that time he also co-directed and shot two short Bacardi commercials.
Looking to further fuse creative and technical thinking, Robin moved into the Digital Realm. Focussing on Interactive and Installation work, he has created experiences for shop windows, art galleries and building projections, and pioneered development of real-time 3D on iPad and mobile platforms
