Mel started her career at Arthur Andersen before doing a stint in the City at BZW as a corporate broker, advising companies floating on the Stock Exchange. She joined Framestore in 1998 and became a Board Director in 2006.
As Chief Operating Officer she has overall management responsibility for day to day operations, in particular the support functions of Finance, HR and building management. She is an Arsenal season ticket holder and frequently depressed as a result.
