In this latest collaboration with Mother NY, Framestore creates more lovable and iconic characters for US screens. The spots feature fully sugary CG gummy characters- but don't be fooled by their cute appearance, these sweeties pack a sour punch.
"We were asked by the agency to bring the gummy characters to life more than in previous campaigns," said Head of CG David Hulin. "It was when we started adding the small embellishments such as raised eyebrows, blinks and subtleties in movement that they really started to feel as if they were truly coming to life in a new way."
"It was a great technical challenge to combine the nuances of character animation with the realistic look of these soft, gummy and mischievous characters," added Jenn Dewey, Senior Producer. The finished product was a charming combination of witty scripts and polished animation leaving you with what was promised, a sweet taste in your mouth.
