We have recently finished two spots for LivingSocial with the Martin Agency and Partizan. Parisian directing trio AB/CD/CD shot the live action in South Africa and we were drafted in to create the transitions. AB/CD/CD's work has a very up-beat tempo and they wanted to get as much as possible in camera. It was our task to make everything appear that it had been shot for real. We used motion-control moves to match the back-plates exactly and then animated paper tears that join the two worlds.
