Framestore has teamed up with DDB and Another Film Company to create a timely reminder that Harvey Nics (or should that be 'a dog'?) is not just for Christmas. The resulting viral sees snooty designer label aficionados shopping for pedigree Harvey Nichols accessories (a.k.a ever-so-cute canines) and ends on a shot of a pug pup being wrapped up like a Christmas pressie. The accompanying title reads: "Harvey Nichols. Not Just for Christmas."
Directed by Another's Damien O'Donnel, the viral was shot on Arri Alexa but graded with a filmic Christmassy feel by Framestore's Simon Bourne. VFX artist, Paul O'Brien, enhanced the ad's festive fun with touches like glitter.
